Here are the rules via Enthusiast Gaming:

• Promotion open to all survey participants, worldwide, with a valid email address.Limit one prize per person. Promotion valid and open until Amazon Gift Card recipients are chosen and Gift Cards are distributed.


• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.


• Amazon Gift Card Recipients will be chosen on or about June 3rd, 2016.
