JFF Fall 2014 Season: NFC East Preview

On Monday, September 8, 2014, The JFF Madden NFL (PS4) Online League began their Fall 2014 season. We will spend the next week offering a preview of each of the eight divisions.

This is the third of the eight division previews, and today, we examine the NFC East Division.

JFF Fall 2013 NFC East Final Standings

JFF Dallas Cowboys

JFF Fall 2013 Regular Season record: 12-4-0 (2nd in NFC East)

Last game played: Lost 42-14 to the JFF Tampa Bay Buccaneers (JFF Fall 2013 NFC Divisional Round Playoff Game)

Owner / Coach: Cliff / PSN: TD33DORSETT (1st season with Cowboys)

General Comments:

Clifton S. a.k.a. “Cliff” returns as the Owner / Coach of the JFF Dallas Cowboys, a position he held during the Fall 2003 season of The JFF and for the first few weeks of the Spring / Summer 2013 season. Last season Cliff led the JFF Baltimore Ravens to his first league Super Bowl Championship, defeating the JFF Tampa Bay Buccaneers 21-18 in JFF Super Bowl IX. The JFF Cowboys should probably finish no worse than 14-2-0 this season, and will definitely be the favorite in the NFC East Division.

Last game played: Lost 26-22 to the JFF Chicago Bears (JFF Fall 2013 NFC Divisional Round Playoffs)

Owner / Coach: Dee Pee / PSN: Two85er (1st season with NY Giants)

General Comments:

Last season, the JFF New York Giants were the favorites to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. This season, a new Owner / Coach has taken over the helm of the team from the Big Apple. Daniel P. a.k.a. “Dee Pee” will lead the JFF NY Giants into battle for the first time in The JFF. The G-Men are expected to compete with Dallas for the NFC East Division Crown, and should finish no lower than 11-5-0.

Owner / Coach: Que / PSN: Queesdoe812 (1st season with Eagles)

General Comments:

Last season, Que had one of the biggest “upset victories” of the NFC playoffs, knocking off the more highly favored JFF NY Giants in the Divisional Round. This season, Que takes over the JFF Philadelphia Eagles. Philadelphia should finish no worse than 10-6-0 this season.
